<description>How about a program for mentaly disable young people who could gain confidence working with the horses, assisting with the horses and cleaning/grooming the horses. The young person could volunteer for a trial period but maybe they could become workers part time later on. This could help someone like my son. He is 20 but is unable to work at regular jobs but he loves horses and did well with horses. He would feel more productive and even though he would only have to be paid mininum wage for about 4 hours a day 2/4 days a week. I am looking for a place were he could work but that it would be more gratifing then pressing clothes of pushing a broom.
thank you for any suggestions.
