Excellent questions as always. I felt that Ms Carroll answered all questions with a great deal of thought and knowledge. Her experience with the city of Winter Springs is far reaching. The citizens are lucky to have someone that has put a lot of time in getting to know the city and it’s people. I was very impressed.
